June 2, 2021 @ 2:30 pm - 3:30 pm

The pandemic has presented us with challenges and many unanswered questions in the realms of leadership, work organization and overall wellbeing. The answers to these questions require us to make changes and progress in our attitudes towards both, health and the creation of a workplace of the future. How do we tackle change and where do we find the answers?

Jenny Hill will introduce the results of “New Ways of Working” report in which data from more than 250 organizations were collected in February 2021.  They provided information on their operational response to the pandemic, their shifting attitudes towards flexible working, their plans and optimism for a hybrid future and their varying support for employee needs.

Jasminka Mitrović will present the results of research on how individuals who have suffered from COVID-19 cope with the consequences of the disease, how it affects their daily lives and work, as well as practical tools individuals and organizations can use in designing new ways of working.

How to create a workplace for the future and establish the New Ways of working? How to cope with the post – Covid organization as a leader? Special guests Jenny Hill and Jasminka Mitrović will reveal how to make change in the organization based on the latest research on the pandemic consequences.

Jenny has worked for employee research and advisory agency, Karian, and Box, for over 10 years – helping organizations, such as Co-op, Aviva, and Burberry, to improve employee experience and business performance through employee listening, engagement strategies, and cultural change programs. Jenny can comment on the New Ways of Working report findings from a professional point of view – being a director of the research team – and her own personal experience. A working mother, Jenny returned from maternity leave in the middle of the pandemic and can passionately speak about the many challenges that have faced working parents over the past year and offer her take on what needs to be properly considered for all employees as organizations move towards ‘hybrid working’ models.
