The answers to these questions require us to make changes and progress in our attitudes towards both\, health and the creation of a workplace of the future. How do we tackle change and where do we find the answers? \nJenny Hill will introduce the results of “New Ways of Working” report in which data from more than 250 organizations were collected in February 2021.  They provided information on their operational response to the pandemic\, their shifting attitudes towards flexible working\, their plans and optimism for a hybrid future and their varying support for employee needs. \nJasminka Mitrović will present the results of research on how individuals who have suffered from COVID-19 cope with the consequences of the disease\, how it affects their daily lives and work\, as well as practical tools individuals and organizations can use in designing new ways of working. \nHow to create a workplace for the future and establish the New Ways of working?
