Predstavile bodo trende s področja optimizacije in digitalizacije HRM procesov\, ki med drugim zajemajo kadrovski\, registracijski in plačni informacijski sistem. \nSpregovorili bomo tudi o tem\, kako pomemben je človeški faktor pri kreiranju novih\, optimalnih operativnih in digitalnih rešitev na področju HR.
